    The mouth is definitely more of a sexual organ than the breast is.. After all, oral sex is literally using the mouth for sex. So do you wear a paper bag on your head or a mask to hide your sexual organ from public view?

    Think of the children man! Each time you lick an ice-cream in public, you are showing everyone around you how sexual your mouth can be. Think of all the men you are putting at risk of heart attacks each time you open your mouth!

    And according to some Arabs, necks are sexual organs of a female (which is why they must be covered in public.) That is an insufficient reason to make it illegal to have a bare neck.

    (However, according to doctors, breasts are not sexual organs, so no problems there. They are in fact mammary glands, whose purpose is to feed infants.)
