What if the Invasion of Poland was postponed until 1941?

    Yah, Hitler didnt do much in the offense other than point his fingure to the west and say "I wanna go that way" and it was geniuses like Rommel that made it happen.

    Yes but he was, as leaders of countries go...ballzy.

    Up to the BoB campaign, most of his generals really did think he could not make a bad decision. Norway was very gutzy strategically. Many commanders did not want to go with Manstein's plan for France in 40' and he went with it - a very unorthodox plan.

    Unfortunately being balzy is a very bad thing when you Don't have initiative strategically.
