    pix plz

But how choosy are you with your partners? I recommend going to a dive bar to pick up 40-somethings.

Maybe you just don't know how to properly tell a man that you are ready for mating purposes?

We're not talking about love here. We're talking about sex.

Humanity can survive w/o love. It cannot survive w/o sex.

    Enmos,
Its why I asked. So I can get clarification on this statement.
I think men want sex, but I think they want love just as much as a woman does. That marriage part, no. But I don't think women need that so much anymore either.

I can't speak for all men, but I don't think many men are actively searching for love. Women, on the other hand, are, in my opinion.

so its the searching, not the wanting? Men want love, but because they don't act on it, they must not want it as much as women?

hmmm, I thought it was because they were lazy or feared rejection so bad, not because they didn't want love.

Sure, a man may want love, but unlike a woman, this isn't mutually exclusive with having casual sex with multiple partners that he doesn't really care about.

    I go for:

My age or so. Athletic build. Jagged facial features. Should be quite lively and not too one dimensional, though I will gladly have an anemic guy with no interests if he's good looking. Is that honestly so much to ask for???

So a man does not mind the woman he loves having casual sex with multiple partners ?

Actually this tends to really piss a guy off, since he usually feels that if his girlfriend wishes to fuck other guys, he must be lacking something.

Maybe men only consciously want it once they have it.

I'd think men want love but are worried about falling in love with someone and being rejected by that particular person. That's a very realistic fear to have and hard to overcome.

Yeah, I think men worry about rejection more than women do. I wonder why?

I think because they are closer to their mothers in many ways . They knew they could trust their mothers and never were rejected or even told much about rejection because MOM was always there to give them her love.

Everyone fears rejection, women are just more vocal about what they like or dislike. But if men don't even express their feelings from fear of rejection, how can they ever find out what a woman wants? There is only so much a woman can do or say before she starts feeling rejected as well

I should have clarfied. Humanity cannot survive w/o sexual reproduction.

    How old are you?

What is your definition of one-dimensional?

And concerning the bold, plllllleeeeeaaaassssseeee tell me you are not that superficial and shallow, and that I'm just misreading your sarcastic statement.

No, we do want love as much as women do, but we think and go about it in a different fashion. Much like you women like sex, but you think and go about it in a different fashion than men do.

Most men don't fall in love as quickly as a woman does, and thus when they get hurt, it can be more devastating to a man than a woman. I also think it takes longer for a man to get over hurt. So the man is much more careful about who he gives his heart to. Much like any self-respecting woman is going to be careful who she sleeps with.
