Depends on what you drink. Do you drink Vodka? Vodka is least likely to give you a handover because it contains very little ethenol.
Guinness. Red wine. Cognac. Ocassionally Southern Comfort. Ocassionally lager. The first by the pint (or six per night out) and the second by the bottle (or two) with a meal or just a night in with friends. Sometimes some home made wine of varying flavours and similar high strengths, usually by the bottle or two per night. That's not every night BTW, just when I am out I enjoy a drink. Once or thrice a month or so.
