Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Better change the title again. I'll leave your post here for now though. There is a music thread buried in here somewhere. I'll create a sticky thread with various links at some point, lots of digging to find the relevant threads though...

...if someone could professionally change that blue sky to image of space with bits of stars...I would be greatly thankful to them

 

Okay, here is a painting of mine. It's about half-way finished. It's about two times that height, just couldn't capture it all, and keep the detail. The words are borrowed, just bits and pieces of things that I loved that I thought would make a suitable background. (It's a puppet in case you couldn't tell.) I've got the handle and the strings done now, trying to decide where to go next, and how to finish it up. I'll post it again when it's complete. Opinions,thoughts, and criticism all welcome.

toolzombie, how large is this puppet drawing? what was it for?

 

Well, the board that I painted it on is about 3 feet tall, and then the painting of the puppet itself is probably around 11 inches. And what's it for? I just dig art, man. I like to make it, view it, be it, whatever.

 

oh...so you are like old dude or something who is looking for aspirations and motivation through art, right? :bugeye: Or are you a artsy person in general young of spirit and ready to show the world emotions through canvas?

 

Haha....are those my only options? I'm young...and female...and I am artsy, but I have nothing for the world. I enjoy art. Personally. I usually don't even show my art, but it fit the thread, so why not?
