You are in the top 13.43% richest people in the world.
    YAY!
Just $30,000 more per year, and I'll be within the top 1%.

    I'm not buying it!
There are certainly more than 32 million people in this country alone that make more money than I do. :bugeye:

Yeah, i doubt it too. Seems just like one of those "christ for children" comercials on tv trying to make you feel bad about how poor all these kids are. You never hear ppl asking for good advice on starting your own buisness or how to plant better vegetables, all they ever want is your money.

According to their math, I make 76.21/hr?

Yeah, if I worked just over 27 1/2 hours a week!

Have these people ever been employed in this country?

Not to mention the fact that (even if their numbers ARE correct, which I highly doubt) they are considering how many people in the world make more than you do, and not taking into consideration how MUCH more they make you do.

That would significantly skew the numbers due to the huge gap between the rich and the no-so-rich.

I am not claiming that I live in poverty, but you should at least be honest with your numbers, if you aren't, I question the honesty in the rest of what CARE International (the link to donate on the site) has to say and their practices.

CARE International (US) has an annual budget of $460,191,000.
(I can't find the numbers for UK, but it is one of the subsidiaries of the same organization located in 12 countries).

Of that annual income Philip Johnston (was the President) took in $223,213.
(Does not include benefits or expense allowances.)

Let's put THAT in their calculator:
I hate shitty dishonest guilt tactics.

Of coure you have to keep in mind that the equation fails to take into account the two most important factors:
Currency conversion and cost of living.
