you'll live to regret that one when i set the evil little bastards on you, you will get shredded by their razor claws
ok, my first trial shoot didnt work out so well, but i just moved all computer stuff downstairs for better light... shooting again.
Here are a few shots from todays training, our instructor had gone to the Metallica concert in Estonia, so we felt more free. http://piparmetra.net/ftp/eldo/13.06.2006./IMG_5183-2.JPG (those are toy handcuffs on our hands, for training purposes) http://piparmetra.net/ftp/eldo/13.06.2006./IMG_5189-2.JPG http://piparmetra.net/ftp/eldo/13.06.2006./IMG_5190-2.JPG http://piparmetra.net/ftp/eldo/13.06.2006./IMG_5191-2.JPG (this move I created myself, but, if I thought of it, someone else probably already has, so I don't claim originality. http://piparmetra.net/ftp/eldo/13.06.2006./MVI_5200.AVI http://piparmetra.net/ftp/eldo/13.06.2006./MVI_5201.AVI (in the first movie I demonstrate, the second is cirvis trying to learn it) It'll be hard to master it, because it has to be very quick to catch the leg, but nobody can remain standing after it, I even tried it on one our buddy who is more than 2m tall and he fell like a kid. p.s. That is in no way a Taekwon-do move, so no misunderstanding.
If you take what hurts the least you'll also learn the least. Anyway, no one martial art is enough. Taekwon-do is very good (at least as it is taught in Europe and Latin America) for long distance fighting, tae box is close distance (as vell as sambo), judo the closest. As for me I prefer to disable an oponent before it gets very close. I am going to take up Aikido this summer. Aikido is useless as a stand alone art and anyone who'll take it as a first martial art to learn will fail, because you already have to know all the hits and kicks to learn Aikido well, but it is ideal as an addition to any martial artist to any other martial art which has kicks, etc.
Although the movie Mortal Kombat paints a bad picture about martial arts (I assume anyway... lots of it looks fake and unrealistic)... I would like to know what style Subzero does. He's badass, IMO :bugeye:
It's the secret art of deep-freeze-your-oponent-to-death-with-liquid-nitrogen, but anyway I don't remember what style he used, but all the styles there are more circus, less a real art.
what style subzero does? He uses a tube with liquid nitrogen in it...when someone comes he just sprays liquid nitrogen...and kaboom the ultimate martial arts move...the guy is frozen.
Yea like I said it all looks staged just to make a pretty movie. The freezing... Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! I am more interested in taking people down instead of beating the shit out of them.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJ0E...?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=6296242 there is a video that is a demonstration of kuntao kungfu, with some wing chun mixed in for style. kuntao is a very non-flashy style, based on committing severe disabling injury before your opponent can react, or attack.
its coming, its coming. geez you are a demanding bastard! have any idea how hard it is to hold a camera and fight a cat full out at the same time? Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
