Here we have got a vessel with contracted gas inside which leaves this vessel through the hole:

What can the speed of this gas be equal to? What this depend on? Does it depend on difference between pressures inside and outside the vessel? Or maybe other factors such as mass of the gas’s molecules are also crucial? Can this speed be equal to 1 km/sec or more?

You may want to check out nozzle velocity. The speed may be as high as Mach 1.
