    Sorry, Adstar, but the fact that Santorini was named Thera is widely documented - because there was a spate of claims that it was/is the fabled island of Atlantis, and the eruption causing the great flood that wiped out the civilisation.

    And thus the more rational explanation is that you have subconsciously heard it whether you consciously realised or not.

    Now, had it been an island almost totally unreported, and you had come up with an ancient name that only a few scholars knew anything about - you might have been more convincing.

    But Santorini being known as Thera...? No - I'm afraid it doesn't get past the rationals and the skeptics.

    And as for it erupting again? Well, they're not called "live volcanoes" for nothing.

    What Myles is asking is whether you read Greek or not. And if not, how come you could read it.

    And he is saying why at first you left out Santorini completely, while you now say you dreamed of it as well.
