They can be bought reasonably cheaply ready synthesized. You'd need a decent lab to do it yourself to any decent purity. I wouldn't bother If I were you.

PS. Crime-labs use PCR all the time in forensic "genetic fingerprinting". If your aim is to "create" a new organism, you'll find you'll need very advanced technology and a working knowledge of the subject. It is big business in GM tech.

Wait friend I go 4 billions year back , there were lo chemical houses or labs at that time .
The earth was hot, there was a very low concentration of Oxygen, there was a high vapor pressure , probable stem. I doubt the could be a lot of lightening because stem suppresses sparks , so Millers experiment in the 1950 is not to relevant , because he used sparks

Thanks pal . We have not made life in our advanced labs to the present days . I want to put my self in the beginning of the earth the see how to create life.

    Please clarify.
Do you want information on how to synthesize these yourself?
Or are you asking about the circumstances in which they occur non-biologically?

First, I'd concentrate on just making lipid micro-cells. A, G, C ant T are commercially available. You'd need a powerful microscope and a sequencer. All very expensive.

    here us an example.
Prebiotic synthesis of adenine and amino acids under Europa-like conditions.
