Actually in all seriousness, and yes I resent the parasites too, who would dictate matters of litigation and legal redress?

Personally, I think "trial by battle" is seriously underrated as a legitimate legal construct.

I mean.. should 100,000 people randomly become stranded on a brand new Earth... I think it would make sense that people break up into their own groups. As history has shown us, people figure it all out. We don't need or want a single voice for 100,000 people that are not yet ready to organize or trust each other. There was no organized structure that they all had in common back on the old Earth. Some are from China, some from South Africa.. some from Trenon, New Jersey. Hence there is no trust among them.

Again, break up in their own groups and everyone will figure it out. If no one wanted to do this, i'd run off on my own and do everything myself.

There would be an arms race. Sticks, then stones, then arrows, then blades, then thermo-nuclear weapons, then mutual destruction, until lixluke is the only one left alive. Then 100% of the population will agree to his way.
