Steamrunners would seem to be ligher cruisers, very fast, but with less firepower, but they seem effective since we saw them in First Contact.

And actually, the Akira has fifteen photon torp launchers, and it carries fighters as well (that's how all those fighters get to the battles in DS9).

He must have been taken the same kind of drugs that Lucas did when he thought that Episode I was good.

    1) Then why use the very same arguments the man has used. If you have a beef with the work of Brian Young then disprove it. Do not resort to ad hominem attacks.

    2) Think about this for a moment, who has an easier time of rerouting links, the page owner or some schmuck. It is infinitely more likely that Darkstar himself has linked those sites and then turned around and blamed Wong.

    3) Just a gut feeling, but then again that is no different than any argument you have posted here. I have supplied detailed proofs and NO ONE has disproved them.

    Very true Hellblade.

    The most versitile ship?

The Nebula class- it's pod can hold sensors, medical facilities, repair eqipment, defensive emplacements, and more.

It can be a mobile defensive platform or a mobile repair platform for ships on the front lines. It's able to serve as a command ship and can also work as a supply ship.

I don't know about fifteen but I do know it has a forward facing shuttle bay, to make access easier.

Point 1: This has been done time and time again.

Point 2: Darkstar did not re-link the page himself. it's VERY easy to check- right click on the link on his page and it shows the URL to Wong's page. HOWEVER, Wong can VERY easily re-route incoming requests from a site to anywhere he likes- that is how people can prevent bandwidth theft of images.

Point 3: You have supplied detailed bullshit Scott. PROVIDE PROOF. Numbers and scientific proofing.

Darkstar is a pro-trek warrior who has used screenplay and stop motion scene analysis to prove his points. he does exageratte somewhat, but he does what he can to stay true to cannon.

Wong... well, he is basicly TWScott but worse. Much, much worse. When DarkStar set up a link to Wong's pro-wars website to show the personal attacks Wong launched against him, Wong used a small piece of code to re-direct ANY incoming requests from DarkStars site to a porno site that supposedly installs a bunch of shit on your PC.

Perhaps because two different people can agree on the same thing?

Its hardly worth the effort to disprove. And I don't go around quoting Darkstar, you need to back up your own evidence, not just take what someone else says and claim it to be true. Fact is that Wong is a very biased person who also seems to think that Q does all of his tricks by tech and not by his own supernatural powers.

Makes no sense to do that. And furthermore, when I first heard about these debates, these where the two first sites I found, and at the time, most of Darkstar's links worked, and then later, they went to porn sites which gave me a virus.

Fact is, its not beyond the average skills of a hacker to screw around with links, and given that we know they already hacked to find is identity, I hardly trust that they didn't. In any case, its best not to use either side for support in this matter, since both sides are biased and likely stuffing their numbers.

No you haven't. And fact is you don't need around 500 megatons to vaporise small astroids made of rock, steel, ice, or whatever those astroids where made of.

He made a brief appearance but he gave up after the illogical bullshit from Scott made him prove his point and simply step away- it was then that Trek won for the first time.

To build on this, his site is interesting to look at every now and then, and he does make some very good points. To be fair, I don't trust his calculations either, but at least the guy sounds like he doesn't belong to Scott and Wong.

Heh, Scott is paranoid is all.

I'm halfway tempted to run a ping request on Scott and on Wong and see if they aren't one and the same... *shrugs*
