I believe when Asguard is referrring to Australia "not being allowed to have organisations like the KKK" he's referring to current Victorian law regarding racial villification. It is in fact fairly draconian, and frankly I don't support it at all being in favour of free speech. Other states do not have these laws, and I remember a case in Western Australia where a neo-nazi organisation was very public in it's activities and nothing could be done about it. The organisation (ANM - Australian Nationalists Movement) only disbanded when it's leaders were arrested and jailed for blowing up an asian shop. Prior to this illegal activity, however, they couldn't be touched. Don't get the impression that Australia's laws regarding free speech are all so draconian.
