Hello. I'm working on a project about Rayleigh scattering and its applications in weather radar. I want to try to be able to make a direct connection between the rayleigh intensity equation and the Probert-Jones (power) equation, but I'm not exactly sure how to do that. Or if that's not possible, just like connect an overarching theme of scattering theory to the power function. Would anybody have any idea how to do that? Forgive me if I worded this in an unclear manner.
