Bold statement. I'm abandoning the #3 objection due to what Pandaemoni correctly identified as semantic differences. Plus the Magic Leprechaun just told me that conservation of energy is an illusion in any world. I still seek any input on objections #1 and #2 though. Thanks in advance!
