1. No posts without flaming (penalty for non-compliance: permanent ban).
2. Automatic bans for anyone who's ever visited the Physics & Math forum (also, Physics & Math forum to be renamed Physics & Maths). Automatic ban for cato anyway, just in case he decided to stop visiting the Physics & Math forum (because he's boring and I don't like him).
