A constant painful errection i have herd of (can be a sign of cardiac or neuro problems) but painful ejaculation? That by itself sounds like infection (does it hurt to urinate? Any redness or swelling or rashes?) but that wont cause you to masterbate 4 times a day, that suggests mental issues (sex adiction for instance). it could be a combination of these (for instance an infection or mussle injury caused by over mastibation because of sexual adiction)

Have you gone from a period of having much more sex/masterbation then this recently? The only time I've heard of this is when someone with an exciting sex life is suddenly deprived of that sex (such as basic training for the military). The body gets use to making all the extra (ah em) fluids and does not adjust right away so they need to go somewhere. Usually they get a very bad case of blue balls and are then proscibed to masterbate a few times a day till it goes away. However, IF you have not got from a period of more sex/masterbation recently see your doctor IMMEDIATLY!!!!. Honestly, you may want to see a doc either way just to be sure.
