Are you claiming it is natural to have sex with children? Natural for whom?

Do you think the laws are wrong because they do not permit adults to have sex with children? Are children sexual objects for adults? Should they be considered as such? Does a 5 year old child not deserve protection because an adult might view them as an object of sexual desire and want to have sex with said 5 year old?

arrggghhhhh!!!! you people need to refer to older posts before replying to a new one. I clearly said puberty in my previous post. Did i mentioned child in my reply? Why is that you are always thinking about 5 year old child when I was talking about puberty and nature?

Its a scientific fact that puberty is when a human being is ready to begin reproduction. Now most grown ups wish to think that humans at the age of puberty are immature to have sex without even defining what is maturity. Did we ever cared to ask the young ones or do some research or experiment before making a law on non-scientific grounds? NO. Do we respect the need for youngsters to have sex? NO. We break that law of nature, push the limits of humans and try to fit them in our man made fantasy land with our silly laws, then its only natural that in long term, humans will have the urge to go for what they never had. The more we stretch it, the more offset would be the consequences. In the coming years, there would be more and more people found as so called pedophiles to a point where the current belief system fails and society would be forced to legalize it.

    And then what?

All the "AAM" *cough* paedophiles *cough* will rub their hands with glee at the prospect that they can have sex with children?

I'm probably one of the biggest proponents of sex and sexuality for everyone. If teenagers want to have consensual, safe sex, they have nothing but my support. However, a fifteen year old is not ready for adult sex. They may be fertile, but their brains are still developing. They're not yet biologically ready to make those kinds of decisions. They can be easily persuaded. I am a firm believer if you raise your kids right, by that age they can make good sexual decisions with their peers.

don't anyone let scott suck you into definitions.
the law defines two possibilities, adult, minor, there are no other possibilities.
furthermore any arguement you make with other than legal terms must be considered invalid.

Emphasis added, because well, it is an important distinction.

We are accused of perverting nature by not allowing adults to fuck teenagers. We are then accused of teaching children that 'sex is bad' because the laws do not allow adults to have sex with children.

We don't teach them that sex is bad. We teach them to make responsible decisions about having sex with their peers.

I'm sorry, but a 30 something year old man with a hard on for tweens or teenage girls is not considered, by any stretch of the imagination, to be a "peer" of that teenage girl. He might consider himself as such, but he is not.

Do you know what "puberty" means, Bells?

When do "children" become something other than "children"? Is it, perhaps, at "puberty"?

Hey, Bells, when is thinking and/or fantasizing about something illegal?

Exactly. A thirty year old man is a peer to a ten year old's parents. Not to a ten year old. Look, I think everyone knows teenagers will have sex. However, with a same age person, a PEER, it's easy to define how far and how you want it to go down.

Some go through puberty at the age of 10 or 11. Do you think a 10 or 11 year old is ready to have sex with an adult? You'd encourage your daughter to have sex with your best friend because she had entered puberty at the age of 11 and your friend likes them young? Weren't you the one who always said that if it was your way, you'd take them out back and shoot them?

Children become something other than children when they mature enough to the point where they can no longer be considered children. The age of consent is deemed to be a starting point where children can be deemed to no longer be children. Do you think the laws should change?

Thinking and fantasizing about something is not illegal. The issue arises when those fantasies become a reality and you have adults having sex with children because they couldn't handle their individual nature or urges and then attempt to excuse it by saying if the laws of consent were abolished, then it would not be illegal. Do you think children can be harmed if they are made to have sex with adults? I do. That is why the laws are as they are. Because harm is done to the child, physical and/or mental harm.

So what do you think Baron? Are the laws wrong? Should your best friend who is the same age as you be allowed to have sex with your 11 year old daughter who just reached puberty? Do you think his having sex with her could harm her physically and/or psychologically? Or would you take your best friend out back and shoot him for even proposing it?

incredible. natures laws and laws made by humans are two separate things.

example #1- you walk onto a city bus take off your pants and play with yourself? there you have natural instincts and man made laws against it.

example #2- suppose some big (much bigger than you), fat guy decides he wants to have sex with you. he wants it and that is in his nature so he chases you around for a few minute (if he has to) and then he has his way.

going by your quote about nature then i have to assume you find both example acceptable.

another thing that people like yourself dont understand is that nature never really intended for people to live to 80-100 years so if you expect to live say 30 years longer then it is reasonable that other things will change as well.

you must not have a problem with man\human made laws and advancements in other areas that allow people to live longer.

It's a psychosexual maladjustment that takes place at an early age.

Do you have any scientific evidence that they are not grown enough to have sex nor make any such decisions before the age of 15? Is such a mental growth necessary to have sex?

    1. We r not meant to survive 80-100 years if that alone eventually would end up destroying half of the planet and kill most of the species.
    2. We already have laws protecting us from attack from others. Sex is not the same as violence.

Now this chasing around happens because humans failed to comprehend nature in its original form and ended up creating a society which is already psychologically messed up. Pedophilia originated because of such laws itself. A while ago AOC was 18, then became 16, then became 15, then became 13. If they had set it as puberty from day1, I bet none of these would have happened in the first place. We have a few generations who missed out sex at an age they were meant to be having sex. Then the mindless focus on career, media's portrayal of love and relationship and humans need to imitate it and the many choices around have created loads of psychological mess from an unfulfilled life. You find a way to sort them out, all these what you consider as mental illness wont even exist in the first place.

violence does not have to be a factor. manipulation can be just as damaging and this is why there are laws as well. a 13 year old cannot enter into contracts to buy a house and many other things as wee, is this wrong?

this is why i am making these analogies- you agree, or seem to, that in general societies laws are good and there are logical reasons for them so what is the problem?

    here is your quote:

another analogy (take this one at face value)-

someone is walking around with a big wad of cash and another person tricks them into letting them hold it. then runs away. there are laws against this
but to you since it was in the persons nature to steal then the law should make adjustments or take this into consideration.

personally i dont see what the problem is or why you are presentiung these arguments because to me this seems like common sense.

Since this thread has strayed so far off topic. It's being closed.

Discussion about paedophiles has been had before and always ends the same way. The arguments are always twisted about and certain people on this forum really should consider talking to Psychiatrists about their Fantasies, otherwise they will likely find themselves on a watchlist.
