classic scifi films Some wonderful examples of classic sci fi you have mentioned here guys. King Kong 1933 I love this film, got it on DVD as well as the Peter Jackson version. I hated the 1975 version Them 1954 I would love to se a remake of this film, although I should imagine it would remind me of starship troopers seein hoard of giant insects attackinh. The Day the Earth Stood Still 1951 I love the speech Klaatu gives at the end of the film about mankind being a warmongering barbaric race, and that we'd better watch our step if we're to travel out from our planet. It'll be interesting to see what the remake will be like later this year. Metropilis 1927 Brilliant Fritz Lang film The Valley of Gwangi 1969 I loved watching this film as a boy, cowboys and dinosaurs, what a combination. Things to Come 1936 Visionary stuff written by the great man H G Wells and the list goes on and on
