Still tellies lies eh SAM? I have you on ignore, but just viewed this one post. The avatar you were forced to removed was not a 'bobblehead' Hitler at all, but a photo of the man himself doing a salute. You were a moderator at the time (although that soon came to an end) and should have known better.

It's like saying "If we want to make an end to child abuse, let's not have children anymore."

Obviously, some avatars are pleasing, and some are not. To turn off the avatar feature in one's profile would hide away both the pleasing and the displeasing ones.

This is a typical extremist republican approach to getting his point across in the form of a picture that once it's seen can never be unseen and could become a subconscious influence on all your future decisions at the polls.

I find Giam's avatar annoying...but I also think it expresses his opinion of Obama.

If he thinks Obama's a fascist dictator...I don't agree with him, but that's the visual analogy I read with that picture. He does indeed have a right to think that of Obama, whether I agree with him or not.

Avatars can be quite useful in setting the proper stage for an intended communication. I like this topic. Next time I feel a violent rage coming on, I know just the avatar to use.

My problem is that people think that one president can do the same as another and be completely unaccountable.
