That is, without noticeably condescending to any morons, deftly putting errant trains of collective thought skillfully back on track. How does one do that? Democracy.. voting would be voluntary (as an Australian who is forced to vote, I could never impose such a thing on another individual).. Euthanasia would be legal however for people who are terminally ill.. only with the absolute consent of the sick individual.. after psychiatric exams as well of course. Housing would be available to the needy and easy low interest loans available to the population for the purchasing of homes, etc. National service will amount to 24 hour baby sitting services for my two children..
