I think masturbation is great for your health, it helps me relieve stress and it certainly feels good.

I do get a guilty feeling afterwards as well though...and I can't seem to think why.

There are 3 classes of sperm.
- blockers: prevent other sperm from reaching cervix and womb
- killers: kills sperm of any other kind
- egg getters: are the only sperm that can fertilize an egg. They consist of less than 1% of a man's load.


When a man ejaculates, the sperm to first come (heh) out are old sperm, which typically are blockers. These guys can hinder the transport of the important egg getters and killers to the site of conception.

Masturbating a normal couple times a week are critical in regulating the proper proportions and numbers of sperm of each kind to be inseminated into a female.
