Perhaps we do not WANT to love someone, but we do anyways. I would say out of EVERYTHING, love is the greatest (and therefore also the worst.) We cannot have the good without the bad: sour makes the opposite so much sweeter! On a side note does the following classify as EVERYTHING: in mathematics there are only four operators: +*-/ ...should we assign each operator a number: +=1 *=2 -=3 /=4 and apply the following: 1*2*3*4 ...does this give us everything? Put simply EVERY possible calculation is achieved: +*-/ +*/- +-*/ +-/* +/*- +/-* *+-/ *+/- *-+/ *-/+ */+- */-+ -+*/ -+/* -*+/ -*/+ -/+* -/*+ /+*- /+-* /*+- /*-+ /-+* /-*+ There are ONLY twenty-four possible combinations (1*2*3*4). That is ALL! Of course this excludes an equals sign (=) but that is always the fifth operator and is needed to provide the answer. I have attempted to discover the correct order of the operators as follows but without much luck (so far). An operator must be assigned to a number but must EQUAL the number given, for example, 12345 +*-/= 1+2*3-4/5=1 The closest I have come, and the order I am most satisfied with is: (5*4)/((3+2)-1)=20/4=5 So then ((X*4)/4)=X (which it does.) However to return to your philosophical posing I believe everyone wants love, but only if it IS love. We are with nothing should we not have love. I myself wish to FEEL love but until that moment will reject all. I believe such an entity only arrives AFTER one is prepared for such a thing: love only comes to those who are aware of such thing, and not before. Hence nobody loves...!
