I have a question for all the people who have ever studied the Liszt Transcendel etude no.11. I have a concert in June at Carnigue Hall in New York, and will be preforming This piece along with some of my compositions. I wanted to know it anyone had any tips that I could use to help me practice for this piece. It takes a lot of time at the piano just to get little things right, and sometimes I can't sit at the piano for hours and just play one thing. Any help would be great, and I would most appreaciate it.

How about chasing down some vicodins with a bottle of Glenmorangie?
ps: It's Carnegie Hall, named for the great Scottish American philanthropist...

I...um....won't answer your question....but, what group are you playing with? I am studying at Julliard now so I a honestly very intersted to see someone at sciforums around the same level of interest as I.

Oh, yes....you must be playing solo. But do elaborate.

Yes. I think we should try living together for a while before we get engaged.
