No one I would be too afraid of the consequences. What if you killed an evil genius like, Hitler or some crazy lunatic who did horrible things. But what if their descendants or the descendants of someone who was personally effected by them turned out to be someone who saved the planet from destruction or just saves you from being hit by a car or something. What's done is done you shouldn't mess with the past.

I would hate to have to kill anyone, and doubt that I would beable to bing myself to do it, but I might go back to 1927 and kill Mao Zedong.

If I killed a figure in history it might somehow through trickle down effect cause me to cease existing, then I would not exist to go back in time and kill them to begin with.
