Hi. My friend's son is having a big problem regarding his Math anxiety. He has two major subjects which are Math-related and he told me that he is very afraid that he might fail the both of them AGAIN. He mentioned that he does not know why, but when it comes to numbers and other Math stuff, he totally get nervous all the time. Is there any way that I can help him to reduce his Math anxiety? He really need to pass his subjects and I am the one he asked for help.
Maybe he needs a anxiety disorder treatment? Not really sure. My cousin had to undergo this type of treatment a year ago. He had some offline sessions plus online ones. I just don't really know where. But I just googled it and found a similar offer. E-Couch - it's a free online program for those who are experiencing anxiety. You don't really have to consider that but at least you can search something similar to that.
That's actually a good idea. I also googled what you said and found that online psychotherapy can be effective on this type of issue. BetterHelp seems to have extensive experience on that so I will definitely tell my friend to try it for his son.
