how much hours a week do you work?

I work part-time, 40 hours per month (within limit of 400 Euro jobs).
I go to Univ 16 hrs/week.

I never know that. Here where I live now (Germany) people
work in lesser and lesser hours. The IG-Metall and other big companies
currently discuss the advantages of working only 35 hours per week.

I get paid for a 40h a week, but actually it's less, because I go to uni lectures as well.

Advantages to the company?

 

Usually around 20 unless there is a huge problem that needs solving.

 

Split ends?

 

Advantages to the worker, like having more time with family, taking care
of children, etc. IG-Metall is a Germany metalworkers union.
