How do I find the number of possible combinations?

Hello,


This is probably a stupid question for math wiz' but I'm trying the number of possible combinations between these two numbers, assuming there are only 28 decimal points between each whole number:

1.0 - 28.28

I'm not looking for a precise number.

Also is there any online calculator that will give me the possible number combinations between any decimal numbers I enter?
