Ok, but then it's still illogical for them to fight. It doesn't seem to have any purpose.

    Correct.
But didn't you miss something out?
Maybe you should have read the full thing.

And, as I previously pointed out, the semi colon was NOT present in the quotes I gave, nor in a large number of those on the linked page.
You are (once again) being dishonest, either deliberately or through blind intent on preserving your ignorance.

    Enmos,

From the vedic perspective, heaven is a region within the universe, comprised of many different planets and lifestyles. The region is higher up in the universe than ours, and as such would take generations of years to reach.

Souls are individual separated parts an parcels of the supreme soul.
They (we) have made the choice to become separated and independant of God.

But then, according to you, it can be done in theory.

But that doesn't answer the question.
However, it raises a number of other (off-topic) ones.

No, but the OP did. So if they fight they do so because God commanded them to. To what end?

Here is a link to the whole text.

The last quote you gave was preceded by a semi colon which was at the end of the line before, so would have no reason to be present on the quote you gave.

You were/are being dishonest by assuming angels don't die without looking into the context, and finding out what it could possibly meaning given the explanations in the bible (my quotes), and the explanation given in other scriptures.

Perhaps they just have swords and chains to kill human beings

Anyway, I'm guessing the image of angels bearing swords and possibly fighting each other just stems from 'artist impressions'.

In terms of distance maybe, I don't know.
But the beings that reside in these regions are qualitively different
from us (namely higher consciousness), and as such their bodies are exactly
suited to that regiion (planet), like our bodies are suited to this planet.

If a heavenly day is equal to 10,000 of our years, is it possible to calculate how far that place is?

Hmm if god commanded them to fight then he wanted them to fight?, but they didn't, I don't know if they will in the future.

One selected text. I gave a large sample.
    Fail.

If the semi colon preceded what I quoted then the RELEVANT PORTION of what I quoted did not include a semi colon.

And, as shown, it doesn't matter whether a semi colon is there or not, since the inclusion of a semi colon does not negate the statement. Despite your dishonest (or ignorant) attempts to show otherwise.
    Fail.

Wrong. As shown. It explicitly states that angels don't die.
And, one more time, your quotes (saying they do) simply show that the bible contradicts itself.
    And another fail.

How do you know all of this?

No, it's just tells us that the supposed planet revolves around its axis in 3,650,000 Earth days.

My answer would be: Because people fight.
But that implicates something that might not sit very well with some of the people posting in this thread

I don't get why you are asking detailed questions abouta certain aspect of it then unless you think it might be true. For instance how-much focus do you put into debating about tom and jerry or jack and the bean stalk?.

The bible is roughly 50% lies anywayit's not even written from any eye witness accounts, the story's are like chinese whispers and mingled facts and legends with added lies and confusion.

    peace.
