It's always interesting to see how Hong Kong reacts to so-called Typhoons and tropical storms.....I watched the last one as a resident here in Hong Kong and watch the latest so-called Tropical storm Kampasu close all of the stores, banks and public and government offices for one whole business day for nothing more than a little rain, a little wind and millions of people walking the streets with nothing more than a umbrella......What a waste of time and millions of Hong Kong dollars closing all the stores, schools, banks and everything else for nothing more than just a little rain......Unbeliveable!!!
