High school science

Any of you took advanced courses in science in high school?

Or joined stuff like Science teams and such? Those things are/were fun.

I was in Science Olympiad.

 

i am in science olympiad. in colorado. got 1st place in dynamic planet. :m:

 

I'm not communist, or at least I dont think I am. It's just that my hamster is chinese, and china is communist, ergo my name. I don't have anything against communism either.

 

i did bio and chem in high school, didn't do too good in chem. Now doing bio at uni

 

i am year 10, did year 10 scince last year, got a few trophies/cerifificates etc. would have got best in class last year if i had taken IP, i got best in science at Jap but nneded 3 to qualify

 

i see that hamsters high school uses the year system aswell, what country u in?

new zealand, i thought they used grades in the US

 

We have a 13 year system of public education , K-12 - Kindergarten 1st 2nd 3rd etc. to 12th grade.

 

I am in advanced science. I am redoing grade 12 University-bound chemisty next year. I took Gr. 12 Biology this year. I really enjy Bio, except for moles...

 

this year i am in yr 10, but i do yr11 japanese, yr11 mx, and yr12 IP

 

how do ya feel, a 14 year old is doing the same grade as you. not to mention the university level courses i did on quickbasic and website desgin

Our science sucks. I learn more out side of class than in class.

 

we have a good science program. we're a john someone school of excellence. :m:

 

We're a "magnant school". We're 'supposed' to have a better math/science program than the other school in the area.

 

magnet? yeah, magnet schools typically attract people because of good programs. i went to a magnet school in a SoCal ghetto. :m:
