As with all claims that the first postulate of SR is wrong (constancy of the speed of light), this one is no different. You can test that the speed of light is constant in different reference frames. It HAS been done. Here, I'll save you some work. I don't think me understanding your idea is as much of a problem as you understanding the scientific method/science in general.
