Yes the frequency is about that...

But it will be a cumulative effect that will cause the fault failure.
it may just take a slight tremor.

Recently there has been observed a gap of over a meter at the top of the fault (along the ridge).

However the time scale is PROBABLY 10 - 30 years before the collapse.
