"Non-fishing vessels" must needs subsume "Oil vessels" and "Wind vessels". I'm not sure how or why they make a distinction with oil and wind vessels, but OK, y'all do y'all. Really, all they have to do is change "Non-fishing" to "Other" and the discrepancy would be resolved. (There's really no appropriate subforum for Information Theory.)
