Interesting MP3, from the BBC, about energy. Just thought I'd make it rhyme. I understand the complications that may arise but I've also seen people that have faster for 10-12 days and looked fantastic by the end of it.
well try it.....but before that have you ever tried atkins (protein and 20 carbs or less) a day? it really sheds the pounds fast....if that is what you are determind to do.
fasting is a stupid idea. try to eat a diet high in protien but low in carbs, and throw in a bit of excercise, eventually your body will start to break down your body fat for energy.
