    Starting from the earliest date what was the best software available to construct a perfect circle in the complex plane? Please list them in chronological order descending from most primitive and useless, to most accurate and current software available today.

    Then do the same for printers. Match each software period with its corresponding printer equivalent of that same period.

    Thank you all in advance hopefully this won't be too challenging, any takers?

    There's no such software. If you want perfect circles, you're in the realm of mathematics, not computing.
