First of all, I am not asking for an essay of any kind, just some insight on how I should attack this essay. Some ideas that sort a thing.

Canada’s constitutional history, from the B.N.A act (1867) to the Charlottetown Accord (1992) reflects a dynamic nation aware of its past and committed to its present and future needs.

-Essay should be sequential in talking about the major events and how they interconnect to improve the previous Acts and how those improvements have an effect socially, politically, legally.

There are 6 main events in Canada my teacher wants me to focus on.

The British North America Act, 1867

    Statute of Westminster, 1931

    Canadian Bill of Rights 1960

Constitution Act and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms 1982

    Meech Lake Accord, 1987

    Charlottetown Accord, 1992
