    Sorry about that. But you gotta understand that there are people in places other than cyberspace who depend on me as well. Some times weeks go by and I just don't have time to log on.

    Besides, "intermittent reinforcement" is the best way to train for loyalty.

    Something I may have missed (in implication or not) in previous posts but did not find mentioned is that English, for one, is a "living" language. Even though many may resist change and prefer to rely on their mastery as a display of their "knowledge", words become proper through popular use. And so we have the language we use today. Without the change it becomes a dead language.
