um, Why doesn't anyone just use Rit Dye for skin? It lasts awhile, and eventually goes away. Short of that, Markers? Just so you know, by the way, spraying gasoline on your head and setting it on fire makes a kick ass ghost rider costume... Then it starts to really suck, you get that burnt bacon smell. icky.
