Could the Earth have two cores?

    But we can discuss it here. I think your idea is wrong, as it happens. What makes you think the Earth has 2 cores, side by side?

    Errr, plasma?

    sculptor, that's almost as wild as two cores in the first place.

    Anyway, seismology pretty much rules this out.

    Meanwhile, this looks like a real zombie thread to me, but as a n00b I can't help biting.
