More bullshit. The figure does not take into account security costs, which the Obama number does. Obama actually spent less per person. So the bottom line for Bush's 2005 inauguration, including the cost of security? That's right, $157 million.
Yesterday: incoming administration uses its position to launch PR campaign against outgoing administrations image and actions, including false accusations of vandalism, pretensions of disgrace, and other broadcast image attacks, which are still being repeated eight years later as chaff. Today: Incoming administration diplomatically overlooks actual disgrace and real circumstances of shredded documents etc, treats outgoing administration with unearned respect. Yesterday: incoming administration dismisses all attempts to educated and inform incoming officials, and catch them up on things like intelligence estimates of terrorist attacks and progress in negotiations with enemies. Today: we'll see.

The only one even marginally connected with reality is the pardon count, and that one overlooks the destroyed documents and last minute executive orders, as well as the uses W has for keeping the threat of prosecution hanging over the heads of his associates.
