    I can't imagine that it is. :bugeye:

    I bought the 7 DVD Cosmos set which contains all 11 episodes plus extras. It's well worth it. Sagan has the most beautifully poetic presentation style. No one has ever explained the scientific method better than him, IMO. He makes science enthralling and gives it an historical perspective that brilliantly demonstrates the ongoing process of scientific discovery.

    His passing was a great loss.

    i have it, it's a great book... amazing how although it's so old, it's still so acurate

    I also have some other pretty old books by him, like the romance of science

    sagan introduced me to science and taught me to love it
