    Yes, as equals. Unless the ship is sinking, then it's "women and children first!" Or unless there's a bill to be paid. Or unless you've both been drinking and you have sex, then it's rape because you're responsible when you're drunk: she's not.

    So, just treat her as an equal when it's to her advantage.
