Just wondering how many of you eat or drink alot of products
containing aspartame? I drink only diet pop (mainly diet pepsi
    and coke zero).
I also eat in in other low calorie foods like fudgsicles or other treats.
I find it saves ALOT of calories.

Do any of you stay away from aspartame completely? You just don't
like the taste or is it because you think in a health perspective its not
    good for you.

Im sure I read somewhere that coke zero is worse for you than the genuine article, using loads of chemicals to recreate the flavour

If you want a sugar replacement, use stevia or xylitol.

    Splenda/Aspartame are poisons.
