Oli: a camera, speaker, recorder, computer, machine, are designed product. Our eyes are like camera, our mouth is like speaker, our brain is like computer, our digestion system is like small biological & chemical machine, etc. So don’t you think that somebody design all of them? p.s.: no, I don’t try to preach, I know that you’re among those intelligent ones, so I am curious with your answer. Not that other people’s opinions aren’t interesting Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! p.p.s.: going to have early dinner, ciao
Ah teleology: what or who designed god then? (Apart from all the other counter-arguments...) I know. Thankyou. Enjoy.
Then Oli, I ask you, please defend me in this thread: http://www.sciforums.com/showthread.php?t=83424 post #48
so what does than she regret? and what does she wish of her perfect life without all the things she listed?
Not a clue. You want to pull the plug on this one? Bored of me already? A la T-800? Waaaay cool. Lemme kill something now.
No, you're a pretty cool guy. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Just wondering. Constipation or diarrhoea? Serotonin or adrenaline? Seizures or uncontrollable nonstop farting? Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Well I would have thought that was axiomatic. Presumably the below are "which would I prefer"? Probably diarrhoea: I could do to lose some weight. Adrenaline was until recently one of my main drugs of choice. But I no longer have the bike... Umm, I'm close to seizures at the moment: uncontrollable shakes since last October.
As in "I'm so cool it's self-evident" That's a good question. Answers on a postcard... The doc thinks it's related to my depression somehow.
Have you ever heard the saying "oli, oli, oxen free?" while playing hide and go seek? Have you ever played hide and go seek? When was the last time you had a jar of bubbles and blew them? Have you ever been in the military?
Only, as far as I remember, in films set in the states. Over here we usually count down from 100 (or 20). Of course! I WAS young once. I don't think I ever did. Not that I recall. Yes.
Good one. Um, since my branch was classed as para-military (we only wore uniform for exercises, so that other people would know who we were, and "parades") there was very little formal structure... I did apply for the air force, would have loved it, but after being turned down I became somewhat anti-structure generally. To the extent that it spils over into my poetry and use of language... If there's a structure then you know where the limits are. And then you know when you're past them Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
