"Correspondence Cinema" stood out the most...do we actually have that sort of technology now?
Imagine watching a movie and being able to change the turn of events by being involved in that movie as one of the characters...sort of like virtual reality. Niiiiice

A very amusing one is the Good Housekeeping article from 1955 that had suggestions to women for maintaining a happy marriage. You've gotta read this one ladies!

That's actually just a photoshopped picture of a submarine control room. The caption is completely made up.

Love the image of the school, now just replace the headphones with mp3's in ear ones, and the books with speakers.

It's actually quite impractical to learn from audio recordings rather than books if you've tried that.
Besides in-ear headphones are very bad for hearing and should not be used for long periods of time, such as during lessons.
Audio lectures are mostly good for language learning and something to listen to during bus, train or plane trips.

Radium Heated Rooms

This one was especially my favorite. Back then, they had thought that radium was healthy and sometimes ate it!
