Yes, it's a carburetor, I was googling for images of demons and got, among the more typical fantasy art stuff...that. I just decided to be really random.
Thankyou for your friend request. I know it's a bit strange being a poet and a scientist too, but hey-ho! It takes all sorts!
Hello Kenny, I wanted to send you a private message but couldn't via this site. I've written a book called "The Nature of Consciousness and Reality" it is only short and I plan to self publish it. No one has ever read it and some feedback would be helpful. If you are prepared to accept a copy sent via email please email me on martinedhouse@virginmedia.com thanks, Martin. PS I would send it on the understanding that you are under no obligation to provide feedback or even reply.
Re: your question. For the past three years I've made a living as a writer and editor, primarily technical writing on IT projects. User, operation and installation guides, help screens, training material, etc. But also project plans, which require translating geekspeak into laymen's language, and a project management handbook. In the past I edited a newsletter, wrote reports on what's wrong with clients' IT organizations, created and delivered a number of training courses, wrote RFPs, spoke at conferences, taught ESL to Chinese-speaking technical staff, and wrote a chapter in a book on management practices. I've updated several Wikipedia articles and written a few, but generally not about science, unless you take the majority view that my discipline is "computer science."
