Homophobia

Homophobia is a fear of homosexual people.

Many homophobes have unresolved issues about their own sexual preferences.

Expressions of this fear can be diverse. Some homophobes, for example, are openly hostile and seem angry that some members of society are homosexual, probably as a result of feeling threatened in some deeply personal way.
