http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palmaris_longus Not everyone has this thing. You can test to see if you have one. You put your fingers on an area of the inner forearm about 2in past the base of your palm, and squeeze. If you have one, your fingers will curl inwards.
This is pretty interesting, I'd love to study the 14 or 17% (or whatever it was) of people who don't have it, see if there are traits or qualities they share. Like maybe they're all in to scat porn or are bad at darts or skate mongo, who knows.

another cool trick is to press you forearm into a wall like you are pushing the wall away and then move away from the wall and see your arm float up. guess that is an old trick and most people must know about it.
Yup, Enmos, I have one, quite a strong one it seems, my fingers curl almost into a fist when I put pressure on it.
i think you need to be more specific, if u put pressure on that area i think everyone's fingers curl in, right? wiki said put ur thumb and little finger together, then flex ur wrist, and it would be apparent, but i don't even know what to look for or where? can someone who is certain they have it take a photo and post it?
