I was in a bar many years ago and was buying a bottle of water. This guy next to me had ordered this cocktail.. very frothy with umbrellas and straws sticking out on all sides. He turned to me and asked me: "Would you like to have a lick and suck of my cocktail".. Before I could reply, he lifted the monstrosity towards his mouth and one of the straws promptly went right up his nose. It worked in that I laughed so hard my sides hurt. He then attempted to slink away, drink forgotten on the bar, while I was virtually bent over laughing and wiping tears from my eyes. Still makes me chuckle just to think of it. "Pick up lines" are for movies... right? My experience is "Hi" + body language... smiling, confidence. Better than a pick up line, right? Most recently it was that followed by "want to play 2 on 2 vs those guys?"... but it probably doesn't work outside basketball courts, shame.

Hey it worked for my brother! He met a girl at the gas station...picked her up and threw her in his truck and drove off; invited her the to the gun show the next day. She said yes, and it has been romantic bliss ever since.
yeah but... yeah... I mean maybe I should pick SAM up from her house and drive off...emm to India? :bugeye:
